Live auction with virtual bidding
We’re excited to announce that the 2024 AAMP silent auction bidding is going virtual. We opted for a virtual bidding platform to facilitate smoother transactions and maximize participation. While the bidding will be done virtually, all auction items will be accessible for live viewing during the annual meeting, offering you the chance to explore each piece up close and personal. All auction items will also be available for an online preview a week before the annual meeting, providing ample opportunity for everyone to peruse all donated items.
Here are some relevant dates to note:
Online Auction Preview begins: October 27, 2024 at 9am
Online Auction Bidding begins: November 1, 2024 at 5pm
Online & Live Auction Ends on: November 4, 2024 at 8pm
IMPORTANT: Please note that certain standout items from the online auction will be transferred to a live auction during the AAMP Presidential Reception & Silent Auction. Be sure to join us in person on November 4, 2024 between 7-8pm to bid and secure these coveted items firsthand.

Please note: Registration does require a credit card; however, you will not be charged for anything now. If you win an item during the auction, you will have the option to pay by cash, check or credit card. Credit card registration and payment are through Clickbid’s secure payment gateway.

Donations will only be accepted online this year through October 15, 2024 so that they can be made available for the auction preview. Please consider donating an item through the virtual auction platform (https://aamp2024.cbo.io).
Physical collection of the items will still occur on-site at the meeting, but photo and description must be provided to us by the October 15th deadline.
